New Creation Interiors is a Mumbai-based interior design and construction company offering end-to-end solutions for residential, office and commercial spaces. Its official website states that the business is headed by S. Kuruswamy Ayyappan and has more than 25 years of design expertise.
The company's services include space planning, interior design, design and execution, 3D visualization and turnkey interior projects. Its execution capabilities extend to woodwork, tiling and other interior-related works. The company also manages project activities during execution with the stated objective of completing projects within committed timelines and maintaining quality.
New Creation Interiors follows a structured project process. It begins with consultation and analysis of the client's space, lifestyle and preferences. The team then develops detailed drawings, furniture layouts, lighting plans and technical specifications. Three-dimensional visualizations and virtual walkthroughs are used to help clients understand the proposed space before implementation. Costing and estimation are presented before material selection and execution begin.
The company works across different project budgets and states that its solutions are designed to balance cost considerations with quality. Its portfolio includes residential and commercial projects in Mumbai, including projects in Vashi, Kandivali and other locations. The company's approach places emphasis on understanding individual requirements, detailed planning, coordinated execution and completing spaces according to the client's intended use and vision.
