Our role is limited to providing a marketplace where homeowners, businesses, and developers can discover, compare, and connect with design and construction service providers.

By using ShilpConnect, you acknowledge and agree that:

• ShilpConnect is not a party to any agreement, contract, or business relationship between users and design or construction professionals.
• We do not participate in project discussions, negotiations, finalization, pricing, quotations, or professional selection.
• We do not collect, process, or hold payments on behalf of either party unless explicitly stated for a specific service.
• We are not responsible for project execution, delivery, timelines, quality of work, support, warranties, or post-project services provided by any listed professional or firm.
• All communication, commercial terms, payments, legal agreements, intellectual property rights, and project deliverables are solely between the client and the selected professional.
• While ShilpConnect verifies basic professional and business information such as firm registrations and credentials before listing professionals, such verification does not constitute a guarantee of design capability, financial stability, project outcomes, or service quality.
• Users are strongly advised to perform their own due diligence, review portfolios, and check references before entering into any agreement or making any payment.
• ShilpConnect shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, or legal disputes arising from interactions, transactions, or services between clients and design or construction professionals.
• By using the ShilpConnect platform, you agree that ShilpConnect acts solely as a matchmaking platform to facilitate introductions and shall not be held responsible for any loss, damages, disputes, delays, payment issues, or contractual obligations between users and service providers.
